About Sarah
A little about me
I aspire to be, above all else, a passionate leader of people. My operational career spanning two decades taught me the value of people and of growing and developing my own leadership skills. My career has given me the opportunity to lead a variety of initiatives across a wide spectrum of services in health care technology and Revenue Cycle operations. I have had the pleasure of leading dozens of clients through the complex world of transformations, integrations and change management forging long-standing professional relationships. My passion for leadership and investing in others has been at the heart of all of my work. While serving as a Vice President of Revenue Cycle at a large health system in Cincinnati, OH, I also added a passion for public speaking to my life when I had the pleasure of serving as a co-leader of their Leadership Development Institute, bringing culture development topics to over 800 leaders every quarter. This experience helped prepare me for a TEDx talk on Leadership in 2019.
My passion for uplifting people and helping individuals and organizations level up is the foundation on which I founded Elev8 Advisory Services, in 2021.
